Our research has shown that the one thing our clients would like us to provide is an annual service which monitors their personal wealth from year to year, taking into account all their assets. You want to know how much you are worth and what you will live off in your retirement.
WealthTracker is therefore designed to help you decide what your financial goals are and how to achieve them, to suit your timescale, with our help.

You choose the level of service which will benefit you most from the above table and the fee is fixed. There are no hidden charges and you can upgrade from year to year should you decide you would benefit from a more in depth review. All fees are payable on completion when you are presented with your personalized report and financial action plan.

What will you get for your money?
3 Star ***
You will meet with our Senior Tax Manager who is a Chartered Tax Adviser. A one page financial action plan and a summary report based upon your estimates will be prepared and given to you at the meeting. You will be clearly able to establish your priorities from the action plan.
This review will include:-
- What are you worth now? Including an estimated value of your business.
- When do you plan to retire?
- What income do you need annually in retirement?
- Is there a gap between what you are worth now and what you need in the future?
- What do you need to do to close that gap?
Annual Review (3 Star)
In the anniversary month of your first meeting you will meet again to update and refresh your plan and priorities. An updated summary and financial action plan will be prepared for you.
4 Star****
This level of service is designed to save you time, take away the hassle and actually make things happen! There is a three stage process;
Stage 1: Per 3 star service detailed above.
Stage 2: We go away and do the donkey work for you by obtaining current pension and fund valuations. We will also prepare a business valuation for you.
Based on what you tell us at the initial meeting, we will calculate what, if any, shortfall there may be between what income you need in retirement and what you can expect based on your current financial position.
Stage 3: A half-day meeting with a Landers Managing Director, our Senior Tax Manager, an Independent Financial Advisor and solicitor.
What you will get from this meeting is:-
- A detailed financial action plan based on actual as opposed to estimated.
- A detailed business valuation report
- A financial summary report detailing all your assets, your total worth and retirement needs.
- Inheritance Tax planning strategies
- Advice and action points from the Independent Financial Advisor together with tax planning strategies specific to your needs.
- A review with a solicitor who will again advise on your personal needs and what you need to do.
If you want either the solicitor or Independent Financial Adviser to go away and do some work on your financial affairs they will agree their fee with you in advance for their work eg Will writing, Trusts, Pension Funding Review.

Annual Review (4 Star)
In the anniversary month of your first meeting we will meet again.
This meeting again will include all the people who you met at Stage 3 above, ie Landers Managing Director, Senior Tax Manager, Independent Financial Adviser and Solicitor.
We will review and update your personalised report and action plan, again based on current actual figures.
This is an opportunity to consider any changes to your thinking and circumstances in the past year. We will help you take action and update your planning strategies.
This annual review will also help you to check whether you are on track to meet your goals in the timescale you want.
5 Star *****
This level of service gives you everything in the 2 and 3 star levels detailed previously.

In the anniversary month of your first meeting we will meet again. This meeting again will include all the people who you met at stage 3 above, ie a Landers Managing Director, Senior Tax Manager, Independent Financial Adviser and Solicitor.
