Landers receives Platinum Approved Employer Status
We are really pleased to announce that we have been upgraded to a Platinum Approved Employer with the ACCA for both trainee development and practising certificate development. Obtaining this status is a significant accolade for us and affirms our conviction that a well-trained, highly-motivated team are the core of the ongoing success of Landers. Our commitment to giving our employees every opportunity to develop their skills and grow their careers has helped us achieve this distinction.
Platinum approval is the highest and most prestigious level of the programme. In working with Platinum approved learning partners, ACCA aims to provide students with access to the tuition and support they need to become ACCA members. For this reason, Platinum approval is given only to those who teach the ACCA Qualification. To be considered for Platinum approval, tuition providers must already be Gold approved and, in addition to the challenging performance targets that have been demonstrated to attain Gold approval, the tuition provider must also meet ACCA's Platinum performance targets and Platinum pass-rate targets over two consecutive sets of results.
To this end Landers has a qualified team who are confident in talking to clients and helping to grow their businesses and help individual clients fulfil their personal goals.
We will maintain our focus on being an excellent place to work and to provide an outstanding level of service to owner-managed businesses by being helpful, reliable, caring and providing real added value.
Landers successfully renew Investor In People Status
We have successfully renewed our Investor in People status. All the team are all delighted that the award, originally gained in 2005, has been confirmed for another 3 years.
The IIP Assessor commended Landers on the fact that the company had continued to progress and prosper despite the loss of a senior partner, which is a testament to the culture and teamwork at Landers.
This award is also a recognition of the importance we place on training and developing our team. We are delighted that we have again achieved the high standard required to obtain Investors in People status.
